The invention discloses a formwork assembly for a circular concrete column, and relates to the technical field of building formwork tools. The formwork assembly comprises semicircular formworks, wherein the two semicircular formworks are connected into a cavity cylindrical formwork through bolts; a mounting frame is mounted at the bottom of the cavity cylindrical formwork, and the middle and the top of the cavity cylindrical formwork are sleeved with a plurality of connecting hoops correspondingly; the mounting frame comprises semi-ring side plates, semi-connecting ring plates and reinforcingrods; the two semi-ring side plates are connected into a ring side plate through bolts; and the multiple semi-connecting ring plates are arranged on the outer sides of the circumferential side faces of the semi-ring side plates. According to the formwork assembly, the cavity cylindrical formwork formed by the two semicircular formworks is limited through the connecting hoops, the height of the connecting hoops is adjusted through supporting columns, supporting blocks on the supporting columns are supported through diagonal bars on the basis of the mounting frame, and thus the cavity cylindrical formwork is supported; and the formwork assembly of the circular supporting columns is standardized, and the formwork strength of the cylindrical formwork assembly and the success rate of pouring ofthe circular supporting columns are increased.
