The invention discloses a roof rainwater collecting and storing device in the field of rainwater collection. The device comprises a floor and a reservoir. According to the device, a first filter layerwith a filter screen and an activated carbon adsorption layer is arranged in a filter tank; collected rainwater can be subjected to impurity filtration and peculiar smell adsorption; a second filterlayer is mounted in a sedimentation tank; the rainwater filtering capability can be further improved; the cleanliness of water can be effectively improved; the rainwater becomes safer in secondary utilization; meanwhile, a geotextile layer and an impermeable layer are arranged on the outer side of a reservoir; geotextile has good tensile resistance, is light and thin, is convenient to install, hasa good corrosion resistant performance and has good corrosion resistance in soil with different pH values; the impermeable layer can avoid water loss of the reservoir, a water processor is installedin the reservoir to prevent growth of bacteria and microorganisms in the reservoir and clean the rainwater.
