The invention discloses a preparation method of a basalt fiber composite bar, which comprises the following steps: 1. withdrawing continuous basalt fibers from a creel, and sufficiently contacting andmixing with a resin mixture in an infiltration tank; 2, subjecting the basalt fiber filaments to pultrusion; 3, winding continuous basalt fibers into bundles; 4, performing surface coating; 5, heating and curing the bundles; 6, winding the bundles through a reel; 7, carrying out tensile and bending tests; 8, delivering qualified products. Compared with the prior art, the method is simple. The application of the basalt fiber composite bar in the fabricated building is mainly used for researching that the basalt fiber composite bar is used instead of a steel bar in a concrete plate; wherein thetechnical indexes of the basalt fiber composite reinforcing steel bar are defined, the performance of the basalt fiber composite reinforcing steel bar is improved by improving a production process and a resin formula, and the formed basalt fiber composite reinforcing steel bar plate can be used in fabricated buildings and can form a brand-new industry.
