Preparation method of porous hollow zeolite particles for adsorbing VOCs
The invention discloses a preparation method of porous hollow zeolite particles for adsorbing VOCs. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing modified foam particles, modified zeolite powder, a binder, a dispersing agent, sepiolite, a filter aid and water to obtain a first mixture; carrying out extrusion molding on the first mixture to obtain a second mixture; and carrying out activation treatment on the second mixture. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is low in cost; and the prepared porous hollow zeolite particles are high in zeolite content, good in wearresistance, rich in micropore and mesoporous and macroporous structures, and suitable for adsorbing various VOCs gases.
本发明公开了一种吸附VOCs的多孔空心沸石颗粒的制备方法,其包括:将改性泡沫颗粒、改性沸石粉、粘结剂、分散剂、海泡石、助率剂、水混合,得到第一混合物;将所述第一混合物挤压成型,得到第二混合物;以及对所述第二混合物进行活化处理。本发明的制备方法成本低,材料中沸石含量高,抗磨损性能好,具有丰富的微孔及中大孔结构,适合吸附各种VOCs气体。
