The invention relates to self-compacting micro-expansive concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of concrete preparation. The self-compacting micro-expansion concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 445 to 490 parts of cement, 820 to 920 parts of coarse aggregate, 750 to 860 parts of fine aggregate, 65 to 78 parts offly ash, 45 to 60 parts of silica fume, 13.6 to 19.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 50 to 68 parts of calcium oxide and 135 to 165 parts of water, wherein the water-binder ratio is controlled to be0.25 to 0.26; the sand rate is controlled to be 0.45 to 0.50; the water/cement ratio is 0.32 to 0.34; the silica fume accounts for 8%-9% of the total amount of all the cementing materials; and the flyash accounts for 13-14% of the total amount of all the cementing materials. The concrete provided by the invention has excellent workability, pumping performance and compressive strength, and also has the characteristic of self-compaction shrinkage compensation.
