High-strength high-throwing self-compacting micro-expansive concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-strength high-throwing self-compacting micro-expansive concrete and a preparation method thereof. The mix proportion of the high-strength high-throwing self-compacting micro-expansive concrete is as follows: 430+/-10kg/m<3> of cement, 50+/-5kg/m<3> of fly ash, 45+/-5kg/m<3> of silica fume, 45+/-2kg/m<3> of a three-expansion-source composite expanding agent, 800+/-10kg/m<3> of fine aggregate, 940+/-10kg/m<3> of coarse aggregate, 14+/-1kg/m<3> of an additive and 160+/-10kg/m<3> of water, wherein the water-binder ratio is 0.300, and the sand ratio is 46%. On the basisof the mix proportion of the original high-throwing self-compacting concrete, a three-expansion-source composite expanding agent is introduced, so that coordinated development of concrete strength and shrinkage deformation is realized, and good expansion performance is obtained; and meanwhile, the proper water-binder ratio and sand ratio are selected, so that the working performance and strengthrequirements of the obtained high-strength high-throwing self-compacting micro-expansion concrete are guaranteed, and the problems of traditional high-throwing self-compacting concrete in bleeding segregation and mixture gap trafficability are solved.
本发明公开了一种高强度高抛自密实微膨胀混凝土及其制备方法,所述高强度高抛自密实微膨胀混凝土的配合比为:水泥430±10kg/m3,粉煤灰50±5kg/m3,硅灰45±5kg/m3,三膨胀源复合型膨胀剂45±2kg/m3,细骨料800±10kg/m3,粗骨料940±10kg/m3,外加剂14±1kg/m3,水160±10kg/m3,水胶比为0.300,砂率为46%。本发明在原有高抛自密实混凝土的配合比基础上,通过引入三膨胀源复合膨胀剂,实现了与混凝土强度发展和收缩变形的协调发展,获得了良好的膨胀性能,同时选择了合适的水胶比和砂率,使得到的高强度高抛自密实微膨胀混凝土的工作性能和强度要求得到了保证,解决了传统高抛自密实混凝土在泌水离析和拌合物间隙通过性方面所存在的问题。
