The invention discloses a prestressed pipeline grouting material, belonging to the field of building materials. According to the invention, linen fibers are subjected to crushing, pulping and other treatments, so a good thickening effect can be provided; a large number of tiny fibers provided by the pretreated linen fibers can be evenly distributed in the grouting material, so a good micro-reinforcement effect can be achieved, the overall stability of a structure is effectively kept, stress concentration and fracture energy are increased after the grouting material is formed, and therefore, the fracture resistance and the compression resistance of the grouting material are enhanced; and tiny holes are formed in the surfaces of added vitrified micro bubbles and zeolite, so the stability ofthe overall density is guaranteed, a tight stacking effect can be achieved, external stress is well dispersed, a shrinkage rate during grouting application is reduced, and therefore, the strength andthe crack resistance of the grouting material are improved. The prestressed pipeline grouting material of the invention solves the problems of low flexural and compressive strength, poor durability and flowability and incapability of meeting the grouting requirements of post-tensioned prestressed concrete beam pipelines of railways and the like of current common grouting materials.
本发明公开了一种预应力管道压浆料,属于建筑材料领域。本发明对亚麻纤维进行粉碎、打浆等处理,能够提供良好的增稠效果,预处理亚麻纤维提供的大量微小的纤维能够均匀分布在本压浆料中,能够起到很好的微配筋作用,有效地保持结构整体的稳定性,使得本压浆料成型后应力集中,断裂能增大,从而抗折抗压性能增强。添加的玻化微珠、沸石表面都有微小的孔穴,保障整体密度的稳定性,能够形成紧密的堆积效果,很好地分散外部应力,降低压浆应用时的收缩率,从而提高本压浆料的强度和抗裂性能。本发明解决了目前常用压浆料的抗折抗压强度低,耐久性、流动性差,无法满足铁路等后张法预应力混凝土梁管道压浆需要的问题。
