The invention relates to a preparation method of an organosilicon waterproof agent for gypsum, belonging to the technical field of gypsum waterproofing agents. According to the invention, acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate are added to prepare the organosilicon waterproof agent for gypsum; acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate and ethyl methacrylate can form polyacrylate in an emulsion; polyacrylate is low in viscosity, can form a tough hydrophobic membrane through crosslinking, and has excellent waterproofness; polyacrylate particles are dispersed in water and are graduallyclose to each other when water molecules evaporate; when the temperature of the waterproof agent is higher than the lowest film forming temperature of the emulsion, the polyacrylate particles can deform when getting close to each other so as to fill in gaps among the particles; finally, a transparent film without pores is formed, and capillary pores of the gypsum are filled with the film, so the performance of a gypsum base material can be improved; and therefore, the waterproof performance of the gypsum can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种有机硅石膏防水剂的制备方法,属于石膏防水剂技术领域。本发明通过添加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯,制备一种有机硅石膏防水剂,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯在乳液中可以形成聚丙烯酸酯,聚丙烯酸酯的粘度小,能交联成坚韧的疏水膜,具有优良的防水性,聚丙烯酸酯粒子分散在水中,水分子蒸发时粒子逐渐靠近,当使用时的温度高于乳液的最低成膜温度,那么聚丙烯酸酯粒子在相互靠近的时候可以变形,以填充粒子之间的空隙,最后形成透明且没有孔隙的膜,填充在石膏的毛细孔隙中,可以对石膏基材的性能进行改善,从而可以有效提高石膏的防水性能。
