The invention discloses a novel geotextile tubular bag sludge dehydration device combined with vacuum preloading and a sludge dehydration method thereof. The novel geotextile tubular bag sludge dehydration device combined with vacuum preloading comprises a zipper type spliced geotextile tubular bag used for being filled with sludge, girdle-shaped drain board fixing devices, a drain board hand shape connector device capable of achieving self-closing, a drain board, nuts, bolts, a vacuum pipe, hoops and a vacuum pump. The drain board fixed by the girdle-shaped drain board fixing devices is arranged in the geotextile tubular bag in the length direction of the geotextile tubular bag. The hand shape connector device and the vacuum pipe are connected with the vacuum pump outside the geotextile tubular bag. The novel geotextile tubular bag sludge dehydration device combined with vacuum preloading adopts the zipper type spliced geotextile tubular bag structure internally provided with the drain board and can be directly formed through splicing on site; the novel geotextile tubular bag sludge dehydration device is combined with the vacuum preloading technology, by burying the drain board inthe geotextile tubular bag in advance, after the geotextile tubular bag is filled with the sludge, the external vacuum pump exerts vacuum load, so that rapid dehydration of the sludge in the geotextile tubular bag can be achieved, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the time cost is lowered; and meanwhile, the novel geotextile tubular bag sludge dehydration device can be repeatedly used after being cleaned and air-dried, so that the novel geotextile tubular bag sludge dehydration device is environmentally friendly, economical and good in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种联合真空预压的新型土工管袋淤泥脱水装置及其淤泥脱水方法,包括用于充灌淤泥的拉链式拼接土工管袋、环带状排水板固定装置、可自身闭合的排水板手型接头装置、排水板、螺母、螺栓、真空管、卡箍、真空泵;土工管袋内沿土工管袋长度方向布置有利用所述的环带状排水板固定装置固定的排水板,手型接头装置和真空管连接位于土工管袋外的真空泵。本发明采用内置排水板拉链式拼接土工管袋结构,可直接在现场拼接成型;联合真空预压技术,通过在土工管袋内部预埋排水板,充灌淤泥后,通过外部真空泵施加真空荷载,可以实现管袋内淤泥快速脱水,有效提高施工效率,降低时间成本,同时本发明清洁风干后可进行重复利用,环保经济,具有较好的应用前景。
