The invention discloses an anti-seismic prefabricated building structure and relates to the technical field of building structures. The anti-seismic prefabricated building structure comprises a base plate, two elastic buffer mechanisms and a top plate. The two elastic buffer mechanisms are arranged on the two sides between the top of the base plate and the bottom of the base plate. The two sides of the bottom of the top plate are slidably connected with pulleys. Rotary rods are rotatably connected to the surfaces of the pulleys. The anti-seismic prefabricated building structure can be rigidlysupported to ensure the stability of the building structure under the condition that no large vibration is generated in an external environment; when great shock occurs externally, equipment can conduct automatic detection and automatically conduct buffering supporting on the building structure so that the building structure cannot be damaged due to large vibration. In case of large vibration, multiple buffering and damping can be carried out on the building structure so that impact force generated from vibration can be rapidly offset, and the stability of the building structure is ensured.
