The construction method comprises the following steps that a plurality of house units are prefabricated, self-locking corrugated pipes are pre-buried in wall bodies, and wallboard truss steel bars are arranged on the splicing faces, used for the same layer, of the house units; top plate connecting parts are arranged on top plates, used for splicing, of the house units, and top plate truss steel bars are arranged on the top plate connecting parts; the self-locking corrugated pipes of the house units of different floors are connected and form a post-pouring channel, post-pouring cavities are formed between the side walls, used for splicing, of the adjacent house units of the same floor, and a post-pouring layer is formed by top plate connecting parts. Concrete is poured in the post-pouring channel, the post-pouring cavity and the post-pouring layer to complete construction; the wall plate truss steel bars and the top plate truss steel bars are arranged on the wall plate splicing faces and the top plate connecting parts of the house units, and then post-pouring of concrete is conducted, so that the house units are connected to form a laminated structure, and stable integration of connection of the house units is guaranteed.
