The invention discloses a metal storage tank inner wall anti-corrosion construction process. The metal storage tank inner wall anti-corrosion construction process comprises the following steps of 1, sand blasting and rust removing; 2, welding, and specifically, welding an inverted-splayed-rib grating metal frame on the inner wall of a metal storage tank; 3, preparing putty, and specifically, mixing resin with short glass fibers and talcum powder, and uniformly stirring, then adding a curing agent and an accelerant, fully mixing and stirring until the mixture is sticky, thereby obtaining the putty; 4, puttying, and specifically, evenly and fully scarping the inverted-splayed-rib grating metal frame with the putty through a scraper until the putty is solidified into a solid, and the height of the putty exceeds the height of the inverted-splayed-rib grating metal frame; 5, polishing, and specifically, treating concaves and convexes, burrs and the like on the surface of the solidified putty through using a stirring and grinding machine, so that a flat and clean glass fiber reinforced plastic base surface is formed on the surface of the putty; and 6, manufacturing a glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-corrosion layer. Through adopting the above construction process, the glass fiber reinforced plastic anti-corrosion layer on the inner wall of the metal storage tank is not easy to damage and fall off, and the metal storage tank is long in service life and stable and reliable in quality.
