The invention relates to a method for recovering waste sulfuric acid by using high-sulfur coal as fuel. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: injecting high-sulfur coal and air into a cracking furnace for combustion, keeping the pressure in the cracking furnace at a micro negative pressure after reaching a certain furnace temperature, injecting waste sulfuric acid, controlling the furnace temperature to be 800 DEG C or above, and controlling the oxygen concentration at the outlet of the cracking furnace to be 1-8%. Waste sulfuric acid is cracked into sulfur dioxide andwater at high temperature, flue gas in the cracking furnace is subjected to three processes of purification, dry absorption and conversion, industrial sulfuric acid is finally prepared, and ash in the cracking furnace is used as a cement raw material. According to the method for directly using the high-sulfur coal without desulfurization, sulfur in the high-sulfur coal is changed into available sulfuric acid, energy consumption is not increased, secondary pollution is avoided, and clean utilization of high-sulfur coal and recycling of waste sulfuric acid can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种利用高硫煤做燃料回收废硫酸的方法,其特征是将高硫煤、空气喷入裂解炉燃烧,达到一定的炉温后,维持裂解炉内压力为微负压,喷入废硫酸,控制炉温在800℃以上,裂解炉出口氧气浓度控制在1%~8%。废硫酸在高温下裂解为二氧化硫和水,裂解炉中的烟气经过净化、干吸、转化三个工序,最终制得工业硫酸,裂解炉的灰渣作为水泥原料。本发明提供了高硫煤不脱硫直接使用的方法,而且将其中的硫变为可利用的硫酸,不增加能耗,不产生二次污染,可以实现高硫煤的清洁利用和废硫酸的再生利用。
