Cement formula and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a cement formula and a preparation method thereof. The cement formula comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of limestone, 2-8 partsof fly ash, 2-8 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-10 parts of water granulated slag, 7-15 parts of mineral powder, 0.01-2 parts of a grinding aid, 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of a stabilizer, 5-10 parts of an improver and 1-2 parts of an enhancer. Adsorption of the cement enhancer on particles in the grinding process of materials reduces the surface energy of the particles, reduces the strength and hardness of the particles, and promotes the generation and expansion of cracks; and by adjusting the fluidity of the cement material and the surface electrical properties of the particles, the viscosity of the cement material is reduced, and the dispersion of the particles is promoted, thereby improving the flowability of the cement material.
本发明涉及一种水泥配方及其制备方法,其制备原料按重量份包括:石灰石50‑80份、粉煤灰2‑8份、脱硫石膏2‑8份、水渣5‑10份、矿粉7‑15份、助磨剂0.01‑2份、分散剂1‑3份、稳定剂1‑3份、改良剂5‑10份、强化剂1‑2份;本发明的水泥强化剂在物料在粉磨过程中在颗粒上的吸附降低了颗粒表面能降低颗粒的强度和硬度,促进裂纹的产生和扩展;通过调节水泥物料的流度和颗粒的表面电性,降低水泥物料的黏度,促进颗粒的分散,从而提高水泥物料的可流动性。
