Formula of modified copper tailings applied to cement and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a formula of modified copper tailings applied to cement and a preparation method thereof. The modified copper tailings comprise 13-19% of slag, 11-16% of sodium silicate, 12-16% of an active exciting agent, 5-9% of calcium oxide, 10-14% of alkali, 0.5-1% of a dispersing agent and the balance being copper tailings. The slag, sodium silicate and calcium oxide enable chemical components of the copper tailings to be similar to clinker components so that the copper tailings can be applied to the cement. The added active exciting agent can accelerate grinding and refining after the copper tailings and other auxiliary materials are ground, the strength of the copper tailings and the auxiliary materials after being mixed is improved, the added dispersing agent component can increase the contact area of the components, and the respective functions of the components can be more effectively exerted. According to the present invention, the breaking strength of the cement is greater than that of standard cement, the compressive strength is basically the same as that of standard cement, the copper tailings can be effectively utilized, the environmental protection and energy saving effects are realized, the clinker can be replaced so that the use amount of the clinker is reduced, and the problems that the cement filling material is difficult to cure and the later strength is low due to the high mud content and the fine particle size of the copper mine full tailings are solved. The cement can be effectively used for tail mine underground filling.
