According to the technical scheme, the recycled concrete is prepared from, by weight, the following raw materials: 280-300 kg/m < 3 > of cement; 70-90 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash; 800 to 820 kg/m < 3 > of sand; 790 to 810kg/m < 3 > of recycled coarse aggregate; 190-210 kg/m < 3 > of natural gravel; 9-10 kg/m < 3 > of an additive; 155 to 165 kg/m < 3 > of water; 55 to 65 kg/m < 3 > of polyether polyol; 30 to 40 kg/m < 3 > of isocyanate; 0.15-0.3 kg/m < 3 > of an amine catalyst;1-2 kg/m < 3 > of silicone oil; and a foaming agent 3-5kg/m < 3 >. The recycled concrete provided by the invention has relatively high thermal insulation property and compressive strength.
