The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: preparing surface modified zirconium oxide fibers, preparing polycrystalline rare earth lanthanum zirconate, andcarrying out high-temperature spark plasma sintering on a ceramic biscuit. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is stable and reliable in process, simple to operate and efficient in production, the mechanical strength of the rare earth lanthanum zirconate ceramic is obviously improved, and the thermal conductivity can be effectively reduced within a certain doping range, so that therare earth lanthanum zirconate ceramic becomes a high-temperature thermal insulation material with reliable mechanical bearing performance.
本发明公开了一种表面改性氧化锆纤维复合稀土锆酸镧的高性能陶瓷及其制备方法。本发明通过对氧化锆纤维表面进行处理,再对其表面进行包覆氧化铝,制备得到表面包覆氧化铝的氧化锆纤维,通过在锆酸镧陶瓷粉末中加入表面改性氧化锆纤维以达到提高力学性能的目的。本发明公开的制备方法包括表面改性氧化锆纤维制备、多晶稀土锆酸镧制备、陶瓷素坯高温放电等离子烧结。本发明的制备方法工艺稳定可靠、操作简单、生产高效,稀土锆酸镧陶瓷的力学强度有明显提高,在一定掺杂范围内可以有效降低热导率,使其成为具有可靠力学承载性能的高温隔热材料。
