The preparation method disclosed by the invention is stable and reliable in process and simple to operate, the mechanical strength of the rare earth lanthanum zirconate ceramic is obviously improved, and the thermal conductivity is effectively reduced within a certain doping range, so that the rare earth lanthanum zirconate ceramic becomes a high-temperature thermal insulation material with reliable mechanical bearing performance.
