The invention discloses a construction method of a soil covering corrugated steel plate bridge. The constructed soil covering corrugated steel plate bridge comprises a main arch and a soil filling layer covering an outer side of the main arch, wherein the main arch comprises load-bearing arch rings and prestress reinforcing structures arranged on an outer side of the load-bearing arch rings. Whenthe soil covering corrugated steel plate bridge is constructed, the method comprises steps that 1, the bearing arch rings are spliced; and 2, soil filling layer construction is performed. The method is simple in step, reasonable in design, easy and convenient to construct and good in using effect; a prestress reinforcing structure is adopted for carrying out sectional type overall reinforcing of the spliced type bearing arch rings, the structure and the arrangement position of each prestressed rib group in the prestressed reinforcement structure are limited, so integrity and stress performanceof the constructed and formed arch rings can be effectively improved, durability of the arch rings can be effectively prolonged, and integrity and overall rigidity of the constructed and formed soilcovering corrugated steel plate bridge are ensured.
本发明公开了一种覆土波纹钢板桥施工方法,所施工覆土波纹钢板桥包括主拱和覆盖在主拱外侧的填土层;主拱包括承重拱圈和布设于承重拱圈外侧的预应力加固构造;对覆土波纹钢板桥进行施工时,包括步骤:一、承重拱圈拼接;二、填土层施工。本发明方法步骤简单、设计合理且施工简便、使用效果好,采用预应力加固构造对拼接式承重拱圈进行分段式整体加固,并对预应力加固构造中各预应力筋组的结构和布设位置进行限定,能有效提高所施工成型拱圈的整体性和受力性能,又能有效延长拱圈的耐久性,确保所施工成型覆土波纹钢板桥的整体性和整体刚度。
