CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CORRUGATED STEEL WEB BRIDGE
To provide a construction method of a corrugated steel web bridge capable of reducing the amount to use of fresh concrete at a construction site by using precast concrete parts in the main body of the subfloor slab without using shoring directly supported on the ground.SOLUTION: A corrugated steel web bridge includes: a plurality of corrugated steel webs 5 arranged spaced apart in a bridge width direction; a subfloor slab 6 connected to the lower edge of the corrugated steel webs 5; and an upper floor slab 7 connected to the top edge of the corrugated steel webs 5. The corrugated steel web 5 includes a corrugated steel plate 8 and a lower flange 9. The subfloor slab 6 includes: a precast subfloor slab member 11 with both edges placed on the lower flange 9; the precast subfloor slab member 11; and a cast-in-place concrete part 12 formed between the precast subfloor slab member 11 and corrugated steel plate 8. After temporarily installing the corrugated steel webs 5 at an entire portion between the column heads, the precast subfloor slab member 11 is dropped block by block from above with the subfloor slab 9 sticking out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地面に直接支持された支保工を不要とし、下床版の本体部分にプレキャストコンクリート部材を用いて工事現場でのフレッシコンクリートの使用量を削減できる波形鋼板ウェブ橋の架設方法を提供する。【解決手段】波形鋼板ウェブ橋は、橋幅方向に離間して波形鋼板ウェブ5と、波形鋼板ウェブ5の下端部に連結した下床版6と、波形鋼板ウェブ5の上端部に連結した上床版7とを備える。波形鋼板ウェブ5は、波形鋼板部8と下フランジ9とを含む。下床版6は、両端部が下フランジ9に載置されたプレキャスト下床版部材11と、プレキャスト下床版部材11と、プレキャスト下床版部材11及び波形鋼板部8の間に形成された場所打ちコンクリート部12とを含む。柱頭部間の全体に波形鋼板ウェブ5を仮設した後、1ブロックずつ、プレキャスト下床版部材11を上方から落とし込んで、下床版9を張り出すように施工する。【選択図】図1
