The invention provides a rapid butt-joint assembly and a rapid butt-joint mechanism. The rapid butt-joint assembly comprises an inserting table and a base. The inserting table comprises a first fixingpart, an inserting and connecting part and an extension part located between the first fixing part and the inserting and connecting part. The inserting and connecting part is arranged on the extension part in a protruding manner, and a step face is formed between the inserting and connecting part and the extension part. The base comprises a second fixing part and a plurality of fins connected tothe second fixing part, and the multiple fins are arranged in a surrounding manner. The inserting table can penetrate through an opening defined by the multiple fins through elastic expansion of the fins, the fins can elastically contract and enclose the extension part, and the end faces of the fins and the step face of the inserting table are oppositely arranged. A first edge is arranged betweenthe periphery wall of the inserting and connecting part and the step face, and the first edge is arranged in a protruding manner towards the first fixing part. A second edge is arranged between the inner circumference wall, close to the end face, of each fin and the end face of each fin and is arranged in a protruding manner in the direction away from the second fixing part.
