Water supply method and system for multi-water-source industrial new water
The invention provides a water supply method for multi-water-source industrial new water. The method comprises the steps that a high-level water pool is introduced into an original new water system toserve as a new water supply source, so that a new pressure area is established; user area division is conducted on the original new water system according to the distance relation between factory water stations and users, so that each water supply water station corresponds to the nearest user area; and new water in the high-level water pool is pumped into the high-level water pool through the nearest water station by means of the night electricity price valley, the high-level water pool is used for discharging water continuously in the water consumption peak period in the daytime to relieve the production pressure load of a water factory in the period, and the users at the end of a new water pipe network obtain constant water pressure and sufficient water amount. According to the water supply method, the high-level water pool is introduced into a conventional new water system, the most unfavorable point pressure of all the users is well solved, overall pressure reduction economic operation of the new water pipe network system is achieved, the leakage amount of the new water pipe network is reduced, the water supply and power supply cost is saved, and the water supply method has important practical significance in improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
一种多水源工业新水的供水方法,该方法是在原新水系统中引入高位水池作为新的供水水源,以此建立一个新的压力区域,并将原新水系统依据厂区水站与用户的距离关系进行用户区划分,使每一个供水水站都与最近的一个用户区相对应,高位水池内的新水由距离最近的水站利用夜间电价谷时将新水泵入到高位水池中,在白天用水高峰时段利用高位水池不间断放水缓解该时段水厂的生产压力负荷,并保证新水管网末梢用户获得恒定的水压和充足的水量。本发明在常规新水系统引入高位水池,很好的解决了各用户最不利点压力,实现新水管网系统的整体降压经济运行,减少了新水管网漏失量,节约供水供电成本,对提高企业经济效益具有重要的现实意义。
