Masonry structure reinforced by using steel pull rods for penetrating through reserved holes of prefabricated floor slab and constructing method of masonry structure
The invention relates to a masonry structure reinforced by using steel pull rods for penetrating through reserved holes of a prefabricated floor slab and a constructing method of the masonry structure. The masonry structure comprises the original prefabricated floor slab, the steel pull rods and end plates. The original prefabricated floor slab is provided with the multiple through holes. Wall body drilling is performed on the portions, corresponding to a wall body, of the ends of the original prefabricated floor slab. Drilled wall body holes and the reserved holes of the original prefabricated floor slab are correspondingly through. The size of the drilled wall body holes is consistent with the size of the reserved holes of the prefabricated floor slab, and the steel pull rods penetrate through the through holes. The two ends of the steel pull rods are provided with threads for being fastened to nuts. The spaces between the steel pull rods and the through holes are filled with polymermortar. The ends of the steel pull rods are connected with the original wall body through the end plates, and the nuts are fastened and connected to the ends of the steel pull rods. No home-entry construction is needed, the reinforcing integrity effect of the existing masonry structure can be ensured, and the anti-seismic property can be greatly improved.
本发明涉及了一种预制楼板预留孔采用穿钢拉杆加固砌体结构及其施工方法,包括原预制楼板、钢拉杆、端板;所述原预制楼板上设置有多个通孔,在所述原预制楼板端部对应墙体部位,进行墙体钻孔,墙体钻孔孔洞与原预制楼板预留孔洞对应贯通,墙体钻孔孔洞大小与原预制楼板预留孔洞大小一致,并在通孔内穿钢拉杆;所述钢拉杆两端端头带有螺纹,用于和螺母紧固安装;所述钢拉杆在通孔间灌注聚合物砂浆;所述钢拉杆端部与原墙体之间用端板进行连接,并采用螺母和钢拉杆端头进行紧固连接。本发明无需入户施工,即可以保证既有砌体结构加固整体性效果,又能大幅度提高抗震性能。
