An original wall body, the steel pull rod and the end plates are included; in the original wall body, horizontal hole drilling is performed in the longitudinal direction of the wall body; the drilled holes are through holes, and the steel pull rod penetrates into the through holes; the end heads at the two ends of the steel pull rod are provided with threads to be used for fastened installing with nuts; polymermortar is poured between the through holes for the steel pull rod; and the end portions of the steel pull rod and the original wall body are connected through the end plates, and fastening connectionwith the end heads of the steel pull rod is performed by adopting the nuts.
