The invention provides a prefabricated inspection well mould and a method for manufacturing an inspection well, and belongs to the technical field of inspection wells. The prefabricated inspection well mould comprises an inner mold, an outer mold, a bracket and a hanging frame, wherein the hanging frame is used for lifting and hanging the outer mold, and the outer mold is annularly arranged on theperiphery of the inner mold and a cavity used for accommodating the inspection well is formed; the bracket comprises a vertical stand rod, first sleeves, a second sleeve and push rods; a plurality ofhorizontal cross rods arranged along the periphery of the stand rod are fixed to the bottom of the stand rod; the first sleeves sleeve the cross rods and can slide along the cross rods, and when thefirst sleeves slide, the inner mold is pushed to closely close to the inner wall of the inspection well; the second sleeve sleeves the stand rod and can slide along the stand rod; two ends of the pushrods are correspondingly and movably connected with the first sleeves and the second sleeve; and the hanging frame supports the second sleeve. A stable annular space used for pouring concrete is formed between the inner mold and the outer mold, site construction for compensating the height of the inspection well can be carried out, and the problem that a prefabricated inspection well cannot be normally used due to the fact that the height is lower than a grade elevation is solved.
