The copper tailing slag comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50.64-69.91 wt% of SiO2, 13.79 wt% to 20.45 wt% of Al2O3, 6.05-10.34 wt% of Fe2O3, 3.04-4.79 wt% of K2O, 2.11-5.67 wt% of CaO, 1.27-2.13 wt% of MgO, 0.11-1.16 wt% of SO3, 0.18-0.26 wt% of Na2O, 0.13-0.16 wt% of CuO, and 0.01-0.03 wt% of Ag2O. According to the invention, the content of the copper tailing slag is increased, and the copper tailing slag is used as a substitute of flyash in cement concrete and cement mortar, so the production cost of the cement concrete is further reduced, the problem of environmental pollution is solved, and the return profit of the cement concrete is improved.
