Method for recycling and processing artificial stone waste powder
The invention provides a method for recycling and processing artificial stone waste powder. A coupling agent is used for reducing the oil absorption rate of the artificial stone waste powder, and thetreated artificial stone waste powder is used for producing an artificial stone product, wherein the coupling agent is a titanate coupling agent or an aluminate coupling agent or a silane coupling agent. The oil absorption rate of the surface of the artificial stone waste powder can be obviously reduced, the surface activity of the powder is improved, the artificial stone powder is recycled, resource waste and environmental pollution are reduced, and the enterprise cost is saved. The treated artificial stone powder is used for production of solid surface materials, and the addition amount of the artificial stone powder as a filler can reach 70%.
本发明提出了一种人造石废粉的回收处理方法,其是用偶联剂对人造石废粉进行降低吸油率的处理,然后将处理过的人造石废粉用于生产人造石产品,其中,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂或铝酸酯偶联剂或硅烷偶联剂。本发明可以明显降低人造石废粉表面的吸油率,提高粉体表面活性,实现人造石粉的回收利用,减少资源浪费和环境污染,节省企业成本。经过处理的人造石粉用于实体面材的生产,作为填料可以达到70%的添加量。
