The quick-setting emulsified asphalt cold patch material is composed of quick-setting anionic emulsified asphalt, a coagulation-promoting film-forming agent and mineral aggregate according to a weight ratio of 1:(1.2-1.8):(12.5-16.6), the coagulation-promoting film-forming agent is composed of chloride powder and water in a weight ratio of (10-15):(85-90), and the quick-setting anionic emulsified asphalt is composed of, by weight, 55-60% of linear SBS modified asphalt, 1.2-1.5% of an anionic emulsifier, and the balance of water. The quick-setting anionic emulsified asphalt is adopted and can be used in a humid environment, the quick-setting anionic emulsified asphalt contains the linear SBS modified asphalt, and the mechanical properties and the bonding property of the quick-setting emulsified asphalt cold patch material can be well improved; and the preparation method is simple and convenient to operate, and the prepared quick-setting emulsified asphalt cold patch material can be used for quickly constructing and quickly forming strength and is high in environmental adaptability.
