The invention discloses UV-cured regenerated emulsified cold patch asphalt as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The regenerated emulsified cold patch asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of regenerated asphalt, 3 to 15 parts of isocyanate, 2 to 15 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 0.5 to 2 parts of a photoinitiator, 0.5 to 6 parts of an emulsifier, 0.4 to 3 parts of a stabilizer and 20 to 40 parts of water. The aromatic component content of the regenerated asphalt is not less than 30%, and the saturated component content is greater than 3%; the recycled asphalt is obtained by modifying recycled asphalt through castor oil; according to the recycled emulsified cold patch asphalt, the recycled asphalt is modified by polyurethane, and the photoinitiator is added, so that the problems of low initial strength, low curing speed and relatively poor water resistance of the polyurethane modified cold recycled emulsified asphalt are remarkably improved, and efficient recycling of a waste asphalt pavement material is realized; the cost of raw materials is reduced, environmental pollution and resource waste are avoided, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization and application in maintenance and repair of asphalt pavements.
本发明公开了一种UV固化再生乳化冷补沥青及其制备方法和应用,该再生乳化冷补沥青包括以下重量份原材料制备而成:40‑60份的再生沥青、3‑15份的异氰酸酯、2‑15份的多元醇、0.5‑2份的光引发剂、0.5‑6份的乳化剂、0.4‑3份的稳定剂和20‑40份的水;所述再生沥青的芳香分含量不小于30%,饱和分的含量大于3%;所述再生沥青是通过蓖麻油对回收沥青的改性处理得到的;该再生乳化冷补沥青利用聚氨酯对再生沥青的改性处理以及光引发剂的添加,不仅显著改善了聚氨酯改性冷再生乳化沥青存在的初期强度低、固化速度慢以及耐水性较差的问题,还实现了对废旧沥青路面材料的高效回收利用,降低了原料成本,避免了环境污染和资源浪费,适合在沥青路面的养护修补中大规模推广应用。
