Diatom ooze capable of efficiently purifying air and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of air purification materials, and discloses diatom ooze capable of efficiently purifying air and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises thefollowing preparation processes: (1) adding ultrafine tourmaline powder and a cerium salt solution into a mixed solution of absolute ethyl alcohol and water to prepare a uniform suspension; (2) uniformly mixing a titanium source with absolute ethyl alcohol, and dropwise adding the mixture into the suspension to prepare a standing solution; (3) drying the standing liquid, adding acetone, and calcining to obtain a cerium dioxide doped titanium dioxide/tourmaline composite material; and (4) uniformly mixing the composite material with diatomite, hydrotalcite, titanium dioxide, a cementing material, redispersible latex powder, polypropylene staple fibers, a mildew preventive, a thixotropic agent and water to obtain the diatom ooze capable of efficiently purifying air. According to the diatom ooze prepared by the invention, cerium dioxide is doped with titanium dioxide and tourmaline, so that the photocatalysis capability of titanium dioxide and the negative ion release capability of tourmaline can be effectively improved, and the air purification efficiency of the diatom ooze is greatly improved.
本发明涉及空气净化材料领域,公开了一种高效空气净化的硅藻泥及其制备方法。包括如下制备过程:(1)将超细电气石粉、铈盐溶液加入到无水乙醇与水的混合液中,制得均匀悬浮液;(2)将钛源与无水乙醇混合均匀后滴加悬浮液中,制得静置液;(3)将静置液干燥后加入丙酮,再煅烧,得到二氧化铈掺杂二氧化钛/电气石复合材料;(4)将复合材料与硅藻土、水滑石、钛白粉、胶凝材料、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯短纤维、防霉剂、触变剂、水混合均匀,即得高效空气净化的硅藻泥。本发明制得的硅藻泥,通过将二氧化铈掺杂二氧化钛和电气石,可有效地提高二氧化钛的光催化能力和电气石的释放负离子能力,从而极大改善硅藻泥的空气净化效率。
