The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a compression-resistant heat-insulating refractory brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding sawdust and quartzite; coating a green brick with the mixed slurry; and drying and sintering the green brick to obtain the compression-resistant heat-insulating refractory brick. The sawdust and the quartzite are subjected to alkali liquor soaking and high-temperature treatment for dissolving fiber components and lignin components in the sawdust; the bonding performance of each component and the refractory brick green body is enhanced by utilizing the bonding effect of the fiber; the mechanical property of the refractory brick is improved,lignin molecules are carbonized to form carbonized nano-scale particles under high-temperature treatment of the fiber components, the structural strength of the fired refractory brick is enhanced, andsilicon dioxide molecules are embedded into organic components, so that the compressive strength, the chemical stability and the corrosion resistance of the refractory brick are enhanced; potassium permanganate and sulfuric acid are used for oxidizing hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of organic components, the improvement of the compressive strength and the heat insulation performance of the refractory brick is promoted, and the application prospect is wide.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗压隔热型耐火砖的制备方法。本发明首先将木屑与石英石混合研磨,将混合浆料涂于砖坯上,将砖坯烘干烧结即得抗压隔热型耐火砖,本发明将木屑和石英石经过碱液浸泡和高温处理,使木屑中的纤维成分以及木质素成分溶解,利用纤维的粘结效果增强各成分与耐火砖坯体的粘结性能,提高耐火砖的力学性能,纤维成分在高温处理下,木质素分子碳化形成碳化纳米级颗粒,加强耐火砖烧制后的结构强度,有机成分中嵌入二氧化硅分子,增强耐火砖的抗压强度、化学稳定性和抗腐蚀效果;利用高锰酸钾和硫酸对有机成分表面的羟基基团进行氧化,对耐火砖抗压强度和隔热性能的提高起到促进作用,具有广阔的应用前景。
