Preparation method of anti-ablation ZrC-HfC/SiC double-layer composite ceramic coating
The invention provides a preparation method of an ablation-resistant ZrC-HfC/SiC double-layer composite ceramic coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, providing slurry containing Hf powder; S2, coating a carbon matrix with the slurry, and performing drying treatment to form a prefabricated coating; S3, subjecting mixed powder containing Zr powder and Si powder to heating evaporation and a reaction on the matrix where the prefabricated coating is formed so as to obtain the ablation-resistant ZrC-HfC/SiC double-layer multiphase ceramic coating. The ablation-resistantZrC-HfC/SiC double-layer composite ceramic coating contains ZrC, HfC and SiC phases, the outer layer of the coating is mainly ZrC-HfC, and the SiC phase is distributed between the matrix and the outerlayer to form an inner layer. According to the method, the high-temperature-resistant ablation-resistant ZrC-HfC/SiC double-layer multiphase ceramic coating can be rapidly prepared; process is simpleand efficient; and the coating can be prepared on a large special-shaped component, and is mainly applied to high-temperature-resistant ablation-resistant ultra-high-temperature components.
本发明提供了一种抗烧蚀ZrC‑HfC/SiC双层复相陶瓷涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、提供包含Hf粉的浆料;S2、将所述浆料涂覆在炭基体上,经干燥处理形成预制涂层;S3、采用包含Zr粉和Si粉的混合粉料,在形成预制涂层的基体上通过加热蒸镀并反应,得到抗烧蚀ZrC‑HfC/SiC双层复相陶瓷涂层;所述抗烧蚀ZrC‑HfC/SiC双层复相陶瓷涂层中含有ZrC、HfC和SiC相,外层主要为ZrC‑HfC,SiC相分布在基体与外层之间形成内层。本发明能快速制备耐高温、抗烧蚀ZrC‑HfC/SiC双层复相陶瓷涂层,工艺简单、高效,可在大型异形构件上制备,主要应用于耐高温、抗烧蚀等超高温构件。
