Wear-resistant environment-friendly brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a wear-resistant environment-friendly brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a green body, applying ground coat, printing patterns, applying wear-resistant glaze, and firing and polishing the brick. The chemical components of the wear-resistant glaze are as follows: the wear-resistant glaze comprises the following components; 48% to 52% of SiO2, 22% to 25% of Al2O3, 0.1% to 0.2% of Fe2O3, 0.6% to 0.8% of TiO2, 5% to 8% of CaO, 5% to 7% of MgO, 4% to 6% of K2O, 2% to 3% of Na2O, 0.05% to 0.15% of ZnO, 0.01% to 0.02%of CeO2, 0.02% to 0.035% of ThO2, 0.01% to 0.03% of SrO and 1.5% to 2.5% of LOI. After the wear-resistant glaze is polished, the glossiness of the wear-resistant glaze is 15-25 degrees. The polishedglaze surface is fine and smooth, and has favorable stain resistance without waxing. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant glaze is high in hardness, so that the wear-resistant coefficient of the brick surface is increased, and the brick surface is prevented from generating a large number of scratches in daily use.
