Wear-resistant glazed brick and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a wear-resistant glazed brick and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant glazed brick comprises a green body, and a ground coat layer and a wear-resistant glazed layer which are sequentially arranged on the green body, the wear-resistant polishing glaze layer is prepared from a wear-resistant polishing glaze material, and the preparation raw materials of the wear-resistant polishing glaze material comprise the following components in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of frit, 10-15 parts of potassium feldspar, 1-3 parts of quartz powder, 5-15 parts of calcined talc, 5-10 parts of zinc oxide, 10-15 parts of wollastonite, 15-20 parts of kaolin, 1-3 parts of corundum micro powder and 0.5-1 part of rare earth metal oxide; the rare earth metal oxide comprises neodymium oxide and cerium oxide. The wear-resistant glazed brick has the advantages that the wear-resistant glazed layer is arranged on the surface of the wear-resistant glazed brick, and the wear-resistant glazed layer is high in hardness and wear resistance by controlling the raw material composition in the glaze for preparing the wear-resistant glazed layer, so that the wear-resistant glazed brick is good in wear resistance and has a good market application prospect.
