The invention discloses an imidazole derivative, and a preparation method and an application thereof as a reinforced concrete corrosion inhibitor; the chemical structural formula of the imidazole derivative is represented by the following formula I, wherein R is C12-C14 n-alkyl, and X<-> is selected from halogen ions. According to the invention, a hydroxyl group is connected to imidazole, so thatthe adsorption performance of the corrosion inhibitor with a reinforcing steel bar can be significantly enhanced. A long-chain group on an imidazole ring can increase the adsorption area of the corrosion inhibitor and the surface of the reinforcing steel bar, damage of chloride ions and the like to a passivation film on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar is effectively avoided as much as possible, and thus the service life of the reinforcing steel bar in an erosion environment can be prolonged to a large extent.
本发明公开了一种咪唑衍生物及其制备方法和作为钢筋混凝土阻锈剂的应用,所述咪唑衍生物的化学结构式如下式I所示,其中,R为C12‑C14正烷基,X选自卤素离子。本发明通过在咪唑上接羟基基团,可以显著增强阻锈剂与钢筋的吸附性能。咪唑环上长链基团可以增大阻锈剂与钢筋表面的吸附面积,尽而有效地避免氯离子等对钢筋表面钝化膜的破坏,从而可以很大程度上提高钢筋在侵蚀环境中的服役寿命。
