The invention discloses an environment-friendly road and bridge structure with a rainwater collection system. The structure comprises: a road and bridge unit comprising a plurality of bridge bodies, an expansion joint being arranged between the bridge bodies, and pavements on both sides of the expansion joint inclining towards the expansion joint; a rainwater collecting system which comprises a collecting plate and collecting boxes, wherein the collecting plate is obliquely arranged at the bottom end of the expansion joint, the collecting boxes are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of thecollecting plate, and the collecting boxes are in liquid communication; a cleaning system which comprises a cleaning device and a dust falling device, wherein the cleaning device is arranged in a cavity, opposite to the expansion joint, of the bridge body, the cleaning device is arranged in a chamber in a manner of moving left and right and moving up and down, the cleaning device comprises a bottom plate and a plurality of bulges arranged on the bottom plate; and a cover plate which is arranged at the top end of the expansion joint, wherein a plurality of holes matched with the bulges are formed in the cover plate; a dust falling device; and a control system. The road surface drainage problem is solved through rainwater collection, the collected rainwater is fully utilized for cleaning the road surface, and the environment-friendly road and bridge structure is more environmentally friendly.
