The invention relates to the technical field of bus shelter, in particular to an environment-friendly bus shelter with a rainwater collection and utilization structure. The environment-friendly bus shelter comprises two supporting rods, wherein a publicity board is fixedly mounted between the two supporting rods, a top plate is fixedly mounted at the tops of the two supporting rods, a rainwater collection mechanism is mounted at the top of the top plate, the rainwater collecting mechanism comprises a collecting box, a collecting tank, a filter screen, a scraping plate, a first reciprocating screw and a first motor, and an output shaft of the first motor is fixedly connected with the first reciprocating screw. According to the environment-friendly bus shelter, leaves or other impurities on the filter screen are removed through reciprocating movement of the scraping plate, the situation that rainwater collection is affected by blockage of the filter screen is avoided, the collected rainwater is guided into the water storage tank to be stored, and therefore the rainwater can be effectively prevented from being evaporated.
