The invention discloses a fastener type rapid anchor sealing device for post-tensioning method prestress. The fastener type rapid anchor sealing device comprises a fastener structure, a hoop structure and a fixing structure. The fastener structure comprises a connecting rod and a fastener, wherein one end of the connecting rod is connected to one end of a first hoop through a first hinge structure, the connecting rod rotates around the first hinge structure, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the fastener through a second hinge structure, and the fastener rotates around thesecond hinge structure and is matched with a locking opening formed in one end of the second hoop to achieve locking and fixing. The hoop structure comprises a first hoop, a second hoop and sealing rubber, wherein the sealing rubber is arranged between a hoop ring formed by the first hoop and the second hoop and an anchor ring, and one end of the first hoop and one end of the second hoop are connected through a third hinge structure to achieve bypassing opening and closing. The fixing structure comprises a pin, an inserting plate and an inserting groove, wherein the inserting groove is weldedand fixed to the first hoop, the inserting plate is inserted into the inserting groove, and an inserting hole of the inserting groove is aligned with the grouting hole of the anchor bearing plate. The fastener type rapid anchor sealing device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and capable of rapidly and effectively completing post-tensioning method prestress end sealing.
