Prestress anchor bolt tensioning construction process
The invention discloses a prestress anchor bolt tensioning construction process. The construction process comprises the following steps: drilling, corrugated pipe leveling, mud jacking and anchorage device installation. The drilling step comprises: a base hole is formed in the side face of a road through an electric drill, the base hole is perpendicular to the pavement, a lower anchor backing plate is placed in the bottom of the base hole, a corrugated pipe is inserted into the base hole, and the bottom of the corrugated pipe is in threaded connection with the lower anchor backing plate; and the step of leveling the corrugated pipe comprises: fixing the upper part of the corrugated pipe by using a leveling mechanism, fixing and limiting the corrugated pipe by using a limiting plate throughthe leveling mechanism until the corrugated pipe is vertical to the pavement, pouring concrete slurry into the base hole, and controlling the duration time of the concrete slurry from mixing to the tank hole to be within 30 minutes. The step of leveling is added in the installation process of the corrugated pipe and the base hole, and the concrete slurry is poured into the base hole after the corrugated pipe is leveled, so that the corrugated pipe can be perpendicularly fixed to the pavement, the fixing process is firmer, and the corrugated pipe is not prone to shaking after being extruded bythe slurry.
