Concrete prefabricated segment box girder assembling construction method
The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated segment box girder assembling construction method. The method comprises the steps of performing middle pier prefabricated section box girder erectionand side pier prefabricated section box girder erection, hoisting the prefabricated section box girder to a support, adjusting the elevation of the prefabricated section box girder to enable the prefabricated section box girder and the zero block at the pier top to form a first block, temporarily not dismounting the support below the first block after the first block is constructed, fixed and installed, then additionally arranging the support, and hoisting the other prefabricated section box girders; AND when the side pier prefabricated section box girders are erected, allowing each side pierprefabricated section box girder to correspond to a set of support formed by assembling profile steel supports, after tensioning construction of the whole prefabricated section box girder is completed, dismounting the corresponding support below each prefabricated section box girder, and finally dismounting the support corresponding to the first block in the middle pier prefabricated section box girder. By adopting the section steel support and the crawler crane for assembling the prefabricated section box girder, assembling of the prefabricated section box girder can be achieved more conveniently and faster, and therefore the assembling construction efficiency of the prefabricated section box girder can be improved.
本发明涉及混凝土预制节段箱梁拼装施工方法,包括中墩预制节段箱梁架设和边墩预制节段箱梁架设,将预制节段箱梁吊装至支架上,调整预制节段箱梁的标高使其与墩顶零号块对其形成一号块,待一号块施工固定安装完成后,暂不拆除一号块下方的支架,然后另外设置支架,进行其余预制节段箱梁的吊装;在进行边墩预制节段箱梁架设时,各边墩预制节段箱梁分别对应一套由型钢支架组装而成的支架,待整联预制节段箱梁张拉施工完成后,拆除每片预制节段箱梁下方对应的支架,最后拆除中墩预制节段箱梁中一号块对应的支架;采用型钢支架与履带吊对预制节段箱梁拼装,能够更加方便、更加快速的实现预制节段箱梁的拼装,从而能够提高预制节段箱梁的拼装施工效率。
