Prefabricated box girder segment structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated box girder segment structure which comprises a segment frame and a concrete layer, the segment frame comprises a box girder reinforcement cage and two end splice plates, the two end splice plates are welded and fixed to the two sides of the box girder reinforcement cage respectively, the end splice plates are provided with a plurality of bolt holes and a plurality of prestress tensioning holes, and the concrete layer is arranged on the concrete layer. A plurality of metal corrugated pipes are arranged in the box girder reinforcement cage, the positions of the prestress tensioning holes are matched with the positions of the metal corrugated pipes, the two ends of the metal corrugated pipes are fixed to the prestress tensioning holes of the front side end splicing plates and the prestress tensioning holes of the rear side end splicing plates respectively, the concrete layer is poured on the box girder reinforcement cage, and the end splicing plates on the two sides are exposed out of the concrete layer. During splicing, the end splice plates of the adjacent prefabricated box girder sections are spliced, bolt holes of the spliced end splice plates are aligned and fixed through bolts and nuts in a matched mode, and after the bolts are installed, splicing groove seams are filled with waterproof paint and epoxy resin.
