Meanwhile, under the matching effect of an inner fiber net and an outer fiber net, the embedded expansion water absorbing layer can generate extrusion force to the outer coating water absorbing layer, and thus the water gathered on the outer coating water absorbing layer can be discharged through an invisible water discharging block. Compared with the prior art, no hollowed drainage channel exists, and the strength of the treatment pile can be effectively guaranteed; and moreover, the drainage effect is achieved and the service life of the treatment pile is effectively guaranteed.
