The pile head cleaning machine comprises a worktable, a first dust collector, a rotary operation disc, a console, a first driving device, a cleaning brush, an accommodating cabin and an equipment platform, wherein the console and the accommodating cabin are both mounted on the worktable; the cleaning brush is mounted on the lower surface of therotary operation disc; the first dust collector is mounted on the equipment platform and is connected with the accommodating cabin; the rotary operation disc is mounted below the equipment platform;a plurality of dust sucking holes are distributed in the lower surface of the rotary operation disc; the first driving device is used for driving the rotary operation disc to rotate; the cleaning brush is driven to clean a pile head through the rotation of the rotary operation disc; and meanwhile, the first dust collector sucks and accommodates the dust produced by cleaning the pile head through the dust sucking holes and collects the dust into the accommodating cabin. According to the pile head cleaning machine, the operation intensity of a worker can be reduced, the work efficiency can be improved, and flowing dust pollution can be avoided, and the project construction cost can be reduced.
