The invention discloses a plain concrete pile head girdling and cleaning method which comprises the steps that a cutting device is installed on a connecting rod structure between a movable wall and a hopper of an excavator, the excavator is conveyed to a construction site, and the cutting device comprises a circular saw blade; then the excavator puts a circular saw blade of a cutting device to a horizontal position by controlling a movable arm, the circular saw blade is annularly close to the pile head, then the cutting device is started, and the circular saw blade rotating at a high speed is used for cutting the pile head; and after the pile head girdling is completed, a hopper of the excavator is used for cleaning the pile head to a designated position, and finally the hopper of the excavator is used for removing soil between the piles. The construction safety and the construction efficiency of pile head cutting can be improved.
