Construction method of basement exterior wall composite single-side formwork supporting system
The invention relates to a construction method of a basement exterior wall composite single-side formwork supporting system. The construction method comprises the steps including 1) construction preparation; 2) cross-brace wale arrangement; 3) prefabricated base form support construction; 4) basement exterior wall bottom form supporting; 5) basement exterior wall concrete pouring construction; and6) basement exterior wall sliding form supporting construction. The construction method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that pile side hoop plates are connected with a support pile through a connecting anchor bolt and hoop plate anchor bars, a cross-brace wale is connected with the pile side hoop plates through a wale hoop, the component connecting difficulty is reduced, andthe structure integrity is improved; and meanwhile, a first connecting hoop and a second connecting hoop are arranged in longitudinal connecting positions of the cross-brace wale correspondingly, auxiliary tie bars are arranged between tie bar supporting plates on the outer side walls of the first connecting hoop and the second connecting hoop correspondingly, the connecting strength of the cross-brace wale can be effectively improved, and the connecting positioning difficulty can be effectively lowered.
本发明涉及地下室外墙复合式单侧支模体系的施工方法,包括步骤:1)施工准备;2)横撑腰梁布设;3)预制胎模支设施工;4)地下室外墙底部支模;5)地下室外墙混凝土浇筑施工;6)地下室外墙滑移支模施工。本发明的有益效果是:本发明桩侧箍板与支护桩通过连接锚栓和箍板锚筋连接,横撑腰梁通过腰梁套箍与桩侧箍板连接,降低了构件连接的难度,提升了结构的整体性;同时,本发明在横撑腰梁纵向相接处设置了第一连接套箍和第二连接套箍,并在第一连接套箍和第二连接套箍外侧壁上的拉筋撑板之间设置了辅助拉筋,可有效提升横撑腰梁的连接强度、降低连接定位难度。
