Changeable coupling beam-shear wall node and post-production method thereof
The invention discloses a changeable coupling beam-shear wall node and a post-production method thereof. The changeable coupling beam-shear wall node comprises two vertical channel steels, a steel coupling beam and four pre-buried plates pre-buried in shear wall limbs; the steel coupling beam is arranged between two adjacent shear wall limbs; two pre-buried plates are pre-buried in each shear walllimb; a shear connector is arranged on the plate surface of the buried part of each of the pre-buried plates; a bolt hole is formed in the plate surface of the stretching part of each of the pre-buried plates; and the two pre-buried plates of the same shear wall limb define a vertical channel steel accommodating space. The post-production method of the changeable coupling beam-shear wall node comprises the following steps: obtaining point cloud data, extracting a plane circular hole, repositioning the bolt hole of the vertical channel steel, manufacturing the vertical channel steel and the steel coupling beam, and fixedly connecting the vertical channel steel and the pre-buried plates. The post-production technology of the node solves the problem that a pain point is not easy to mount ina project. The connecting bolts of the steel coupling beam-shear wall node are positioned in two planes, so that hole positioning and size estimation of the pre-buried plates are greatly simplified.
