The invention discloses a steel bar protection device and method in slip-form construction. The steel bar protection device in the slip-form construction comprises a main bracket and sheet steel forms; the main bracket is in a structure shaped as a Chinese character Kai; the sheet steel forms are fixed to the inner sides of the two sides of the main bracket; the steel bar protection device furthercomprises protective rods in 7-sahped structures; the two protective rods are positioned in the sheet steel forms on two sides; horizontal parts of the protective rods are fixed to the main bracket;and the vertical parts of the protective rods fit the sheet steel forms. According to the steel bar protection device and method in the slip-form construction, the 7-sahped protective rods are added into the existing slip-form bracket and the sheet steel forms, which ensures that protective layers at equal intervals exist between the sheet steel forms and tied steel bars, and ensures the construction quality of slip-form concrete.
