The construction platform comprises a central support and a supporting sleeve for fixing the central support, wherein an operation platform is directly connected with the supporting sleeve, an annular pouring groove is formed in the operation platform, and the annular pouring groove divides the operation platform into an inner ring operation platform and an outer ring operation platform; and a module hanging bracket is arranged above the annular pouring groove, the module hanging bracket climbs under jacking of a jacking device, the jacking device is movably fixed on a supporting rod, the supporting rod is arranged on a chimney foundation or a chimney wall, and an inner mold and an outer mold are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the module hanging bracket respectively. The method comprises the steps of central support installation, operation platform installation, formwork system installation and formwork jacking. The method has the advantages that the formwork can be effectively controlled not to damage concrete, the phenomenon of tension fracture is avoided, the appearance does not need to be modified after construction, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is high, and construction of a super high-rise is achieved.
