The invention discloses a novel garage with a preset pipe gallery for reducing the story height, and relates to the technical field of garage building design. The novel garage has the beneficial effects that the trend relation of all professional pipelines of equipment in the garage plane and the occupied story height are considered in advance, and the equipment pipe gallery is reserved inthe garage, so that the problem that the overall story height of the garage is affected due to the fact that the local clear height below the equipment pipeline is not enough is solved; the followingfactors are considered: 1, the clear height of the garage is required to be 2.2m; 2, the professional occupied story height of the equipment pipe only needs to be considered to be 0.1m to 0.3m; and 3, the occupied story height of the structural beam height can be 0.6m to 0.8m, the story height of the garage can be calculated to be 2.9m to 3.3m, the story height of the garage is reduced to a largeextent, and the construction cost of the garage is effectively reduced.
