Through use of a beam-freefloor system and a beam-slab capping system, problems that resources are occupied and construction difficulties are added due to a too high story height of the underground garage caused by an existingconstruction system and existing pipeline layout can be reduced effectively; a preserved remodeling position used for later garage reconstruction is disposed at the edge of the underground garage, sothat later reconstruction of the underground garage is facilitated, adaptability is enhanced, earlier-stage investment can be effectively saved, and cost in running and maintenance is saved; and in comparison with an existing method for reducing the story height of the underground garage, the design method has wide market prospect and development potential.
